    Step 1

    将全部啤酒酱汁材料放在汤镬里用小火煮滚,然后打芡备用。Boil all seasoning in pot and then thicken with starch.

    Step 2

    将鱼洗净,沥干水份,加入腌料腌制大约3分钟。Wash fish fillet,drain and marinate with condiments for about 3 minutes.

    Step 3

    准备烧热2杯炸油,将鱼粘上鸡蛋液再裹上粟米粉,放进油镬炸至金黄色,捞起沥干油份。Heat 2 cup of oil in wok,coat fish with egg sauce and follow with corn flour and deep fry until golden brown,drain.

    Step 4

    将油倒出,留着1汤匙油爆香洋葱,然后加入其余的配料和调味料快炒,盛起在碟,放上炸鱼片,淋上啤酒酱,撒上装饰料即可马上享用。Keep 1 tbsp oil in wok, saute onion until fragrant;toss in all other sub-ingredients and seasoning,stirfry briskly and dish out in serving plate;top with fried fish and pour sauce over,sprinkle garnishing on top,serve immediately.
